Terms of Service

In this agreement, Crystalplain is the company and its partners. The Game is Crystalplain itself. It has two parts: (a) the game server or Server that Crystalplain or its partners host and run; (b) the game client or Client that runs on your phone.

1. Grant of a Limited License

By accepting these Terms of Service, you get a license to play Crystalplain. You can't: (a) play the Game for money or anything except your own entertainment; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized software, or modified code; (c) make unauthorized ways to play, like alternative servers or other services; (d) mess with the Game in any way—the Servers, the Client, or how other players experience it; (e) break any law or regulation while playing.

2. Eligibility

You confirm you can legally accept this agreement where you live, or you're a parent or guardian accepting it for a minor.

3. Ownership

Crystalplain or its partners own everything in the Game. That includes accounts, code, binaries, text, images, artwork, data, sounds, and music.

4. User Accounts

Crystalplain can suspend, delete, or change accounts whenever it wants, for any reason, no warning needed.

5. Indemnity

Crystalplain isn't responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense from the Game or using it. That covers lost progress, virtual items, accounts, and data. Service outages, connection problems, bugs, or performance issues aren't Crystalplain's fault either. You agree to protect Crystalplain from any loss, claim, liability, damage, or expense that comes from how you use the Game.

6. Termination

Crystalplain can end this agreement whenever it wants, for any reason, without telling you first.

7. Changes to this Agreement or the Game

Crystalplain can change this agreement or the Game anytime.
